During most time they only look at the flash code, VIN code and error codes from the ECU. They will not look at the map installed by the tuner unless they download them and analysis it.
I challenge any dealer to compare the map from stock to tuner and try to find out differences.
Start from the boost number
. The higher the difference the easier to spot
