You can run a staggered setup on your car safely. Optimal setup would be a 19x8.5 et 45 front and a 19x9.5 et 50 for the rear. Here are some pics of a setup we have done C/O hyper1

With a Et 50 in the rear you can run a 255 rear tire. A et 45 will work but do have a chance of rubbing if lowered, have a car full of passengers or loaded trunk. Also with the et 45 you can only run a 245 tire.
