Bib Stillwell South Yarra was good for our purchase but we had dealt with Jeff before.
He just gave me the keys to a 130 and said take it for a drive, it was this that finally convinced me to change the Lemon for something else.
Would purchase a car from him again, but I don't have $400,000.00 he has moved on from BMW now :wink:
However the post sale i.e. service and support is not a lot to speak of, maybe you need to buy a 5 or 7 series to get their attention.
2 cars in two years is obviously not enough.
Lease is up at the end of the year so I guess we will need to review dealers again.
