You should get a brush for cleaning a wheel with that design. I have ASA AR1s on my Z3 and it's tough to get in all the spokes. I use the EZ Detail Brush.
As far as a cleaning product, people on here love Sonax, and I've used P21s with good results. However, with a nice coat of wheel seal (a pain to put on, but you only should need to apply a couple times a year) you don't even need cleaner. I just use the regular car wash soap to clean them up.
