I used two quarts of MTL in the transmission and well under a quart in the rear end. 1.9L converts to 2 quarts almost exactly. 1.1L is over a quart and I did not vacumn that much out. If you are buying liters, 2 for the transmission and 1 for the rear end will be all you need.
