Some things we need to know are are you looking to maintain stock alignment specs or willing to run more camber to fit? How aggressively are you lowered? What tire sizes will you be running?

Based on the rim specs you posted, you'll be able to get away with a front spacer of at least 10mm with a stock sized tire. It will rub on the front of the liner when turned near full lock but that even happens on the stock wheel setup. If possible, rebarrel or get a wider rim, something like 9.5" or more.

For the rears, you could run at least a 5mm spacer, when combined with a 275/30 tire. I'd suggest just going with a wider rim or rebarreling the rims to get them wider; you could probably go up to an 11" rim

FWIW I'm running wheels that are 19x8.5 +30 w/18mm spacer up front on 245/35 hankooks, and 19x10.5 +25 rears on 285/30 hankooks. No rub in the rear, slight rub in the front near full lock.

Use this calculator to figure out where the new rim will sit in comparison to stock : http://www.rimsntires.com/specs.jsp
