The rears have a squared-off lip, so rolling it flat wasn't an option. Just rolled it around the plastic inner liner and gave it a slight pull. Can't tell from the outside on this one.

Thanks for the information... I am about to do this task as I'm trying to fit 255/275 Dunlop Star Specs.
For the front, did you cut that part of metal where the fender and front bumper connect?
For the rear, did you consider cutting any part of the square lip off, and then rolling it? I haven't taken the fender liner out yet to see, but I think two pieces of metal join there, and expect seam sealer as well.
