No. I have not seen anyone try that. I've only seen where people use the Xenon LCI's or LCI Blacklines on a halogen car and use a "jumper wire" to light up the two LED tubes.

Perhaps its possible to use some sort of LED lamp in your halogen tails to light up those "tubes".
