I am surprised the NGK part number is the same for both. Do you have a picture of the box or plug you could share.

the NGK 97506 SILZKBR8D8S gapped at .025 has been working great for me, but i am running it because i am running a PS2.

Why do you feel the need to switch from stock spark plugs? You should be fine with stock plug, stock gap on a stock turbo FBO car. I would run stock plug/gap first and log my car to see how the motor is running. Then go from there.
