i still believe the current 3 lease is best of best leasing talking about DD.
since you are stick to stick, then no brainer here.
1. residual is ok since there is no promotion of 128 leasing at the moment. you can negotiate lower down payment, say 1000.
2. i am not clear of the current policy, but you may qualify for the loyalty program which gives you 1000 allowance.
