Sorry, but I agree with Cooler at this point. If the guy is pending sale, might as well let it be. For the future, if someone does get scammed (which I rarely hear of on this site), have the admins put in a ruling stating there has to be a pic with Username and date on the item. That is something everyone HAD to do on the My350z forums, and if you didn't post it, your item was deleted immediately. But for now, it's unfair to make one person do that, unless we have everyone do that.
