I don't feel like I've been in any danger at all, or put anyone around me in danger (obviously more important).
But to each his own...maybe you had a bad batch of tires. Mine have been performing great until snow hits.
5500 miles since November on the summers and no close calls, scares, or reasons to panic and immediately park the car and buy a winter setup.
