Now the problem is actually on a E87 130i but I thought I would post here as there is far more activity on this part of the forum so a better chance of an answer and as far as I am aware the seats are the same.

I have manual M Sport seats in my car and everytime I change gear I get a click/knock sound coming from the thigh support.

They still funtion correctly so I'm assuming something may have come loose.

Is this a common problem with the sports seats and is it an easy fix?
