Phong is the R&D manager at EIBACH USA and has gotten into a tragic bicycle accident right around Thanksgiving 2012. He's had his life turned upside down and going thru reconstructive surgery soon of his cranial bone flap. It pains me to enjoy my car and the build knowing he is down and unable to share all of this with us. I will be going out to the track that day doing my part.
