There are plenty of dealers that will make a deal at ED MSRP. I can give you a list of 40 dealers that I have called and none have balked at ED MSRP pricing. I myself have two deposits at two dealers for ED MSRP. Perhaps in certain areas of the country ( likely California and New York or other coastal large cities) getting ED msrp is impossible but it's certainly not an issue from south Carolina to west texas.

To the OP. The US ED discount for the 1M is listed on the BMW USA website.
Having deposits at dealers and getting a production number and ED date are two completly different things.

As I said I also have the ED pricing sheet with my Production number and Delivery date and it lists the ED price on it as well. However this is just a default print out for an ED date, in my case 08/08/11. I also have had my deposit on the car since last October with 2K down but getting the dealer to honor this price is another story.

Let us know when you get your Allocation and ED date and the final price.
