The 1m is the n54 (twin turbo) so two dps vs the n55 (single turbo) 1 dp. Burger does not make dps for the n54 but many companies do.
From what ive seen i suggest going with AR, CPE or akrapovic.
I had a 2.5 inch dp on my 135i catless and it was great alot of torque but not as much hp as a full 3" catless like AR but way more throttle response. I feel at least.
