Not sure there is necessarily a difference, but given the difference in headlights between US and Euro spec cars in the past, it seemed prudent to be clear.
Either way, they are awful. Diffuse and dim light pattern that frequently has me reaching to turn on the high beams a second time. Both my fiance's ZHP(especially with the quad highs now) and my 30 year old 911 with Euro spec H4s out perform it.
