Since my first post, I've had them order/install the GPS dashmount - they were very good about it -- and as it took them only half as long to install as they'd anticipated -- they only charged me 1/2 of what they quoted me. So that bodes well... they seem very attentive at this point. My next project is to see if they'll install the "puddle lights" for the door handles -- we'll see how that one goes.....
