Agreed. But I hate the auto wipers for a different reason: they wipe TOO much for my taste. I just want regular intermittent wipers to go every 5 seconds or so, THAT'S IT. I tried to have the auto/rain sensing/speed sensing crap coded out at the dealer to no avail.
The video SAYS you can have normal intermittent use by not hitting auto (green light not lit), but that is complete BS. They sense your speed and will not have a uniform interval.
