Push for original glass from the dealer, I'm a tech and have seen a lot of issues from sub-par windshield installations. Also with the dealer it's easier to hold them acountable if there is a problem, they will use new clips etc.. for the trim.
Which ever way you go with this make sure they install a new rain sensor or it probably won't work correctly.
