Seriously? How? I'll admit I didn't look too far into it, but I thought there wasn't much gain to be had on the S54 motor.
The E46 M3 is the best looking of any BMW in the last 30 years IMHO. I kind of tear up when I see my old one at the parking lot at work (I sold it to a co-worker).
