WHEELS HAVE BEEN SOLD.
Up for sale is a set of light Apex Arc8 Wheels that were purchased new from Apex Racing for my 2010 BMW 135i. The front wheels are 18x8.5" with a 38mm offset. The rear wheels are 18x9.5 with a 62mm offset. Apex recommends running camber plates in the front with this front wheel setup. I did not, however, run any extra negative camber with them while they were on my car and only had slight rubbing when hitting a big pothole or road dip. In any case, Apex recommends camber plates, so if you buy them, plan on running negative camber if you aren't content with the wheel fitment, which may or may not work well without negative camber on your vehicle.
For tires, I was running Yokohama S Drives - 245x35x18 in front and 275x35x18 in rear. The tires looked sick (but I didn't like their wet weather performance). Yes, they fit fine with no fender rolling. I've heard people argue that you have to roll fenders. Well, I didn't. Why am I selling? Because I ordered myself a new set of 19" Forgestars in gold (I got tired of the blacked-out look).
The wheels are in good shape and look good mounted on the car. 3 of 4 wheels, however, do have curb rash, which is obviously more pronounced when the wheels are not mounted on the car and you take a close-up picture. I am relatively picky about rash on wheels, but after touching the rash up with black paint, it wasn't noticeable to me when on the car. Hence, I wasn't overly concerned about it. Notwithstanding, I have taken close up shots of the rash so that the buyer can see what they are getting. I am an honest seller.
These wheels cost me right at $1,300 new. Selling price is $685 with Fedex Ground shipping included (wheels are boxed up and ready to ship). Payment by Paypal or wire transfer is fine, or I will take a check and ship the wheels when it clears. Running these wheels on eBay too, but the deal offered here is better.
