The no brainer drag racing setup is automatic tranny, Kosei K1 17" wheels and Hoosier drag radials, add FBO and methanol and reduce as much weight as you can.

Once you mount up your E92 M3 rear end with solid bushings and swap in a 410 diff ratio you will go to #1 on the list. It's all about the hardware with heavy and relatively underpowered street sedans.
How would you even go about swapping a 4.10 in? Not to mention traction in low gears would be even more of a consideration? ED: ph 4.1 in an AT would be entirely different to MT, but still ridiculously short?

4.1 in an MT would be a sight..

Also, is the op of this thread not updated or is that the full list of runs?

Ed: and i've always been curious, why wouldn't an LSD be an advantage vs an open diff in a drag race?
