Well... since BMW does sell the 128i with a M-sport body kit I am sure you can retrofit a 135i bumper to your car. There might be some slight differences. You can also install the small fog lights in the new bumper cover.
You should really try searching... I know I have seen a guy who bought a bumper cover from Dan@United and he posted some pics too!
