you'd be surprised at what an aftermarket intake can do. luckily, the N54 engine doesn't really utilize the HFM except to measure intake temp.

i haven't seen any clutch issues with the N54 w/ manual trans. these days, programming will fix majority of the problems...believe it or not.

There's no chance at all of fixing this issue with programming. It's a complete waste of the tech and customer's time, and makes them look like they're dodging the issue to anyone who knows anything about it.

There is no possible way software can cause a disconnect between the engine and driveline on a car with a manual transmission. Period.
