Performed Andy's DIY earlier this evening, a simple prying device assisted in making the magic sucker-thing happen. I submit a modified tongue depressor, reduce the edge thickness so as to resemble a blade, pull the sucker, insert the tongue depressor into the gap thus created, boink, roundel out. The first roundel took 10 minutes, which, included brain-farting the idea, modifying the tongue depressor, doing the deed, the last roundel extraction/install took 20 seconds. It works. The 'tool' got a bit banged-up...
