I just put a bottle of Techron into my last tank of gas and a couple of people have commented that the engine sounds a little smoother. The pull also feels more eager and linear... but it could also be psychological.
I've only got 38k miles so for me it was just preventative maintenance, hadn't expected to notice a difference.
