How did you get the 4.03 map? You can probably load up the map inside ATR and compare some values. See what they changed. Tell me how to get 4.03 and I'll do it. =)
I wish Cobb updated their notes files. Right now the stage1 notes reflect other cars with FMIC's. There's no 1M baselines. Ok, even a 135 baseline without FMIC would be great...
The stage2 map notes aren't linked properly on their website, you need to change the URL manually to pull it up... and my issues with the stage1 notes also apply here.
