If you're not into the BMW products (wheels, PPK, etc...), then it's not worth the price. IF those are the items you'd be shopping, then you get a lot for the $. I think the wheels alone take up most of the price difference if you wanted to add on later.
I would have bought the regular 135i but I found more aggressive pricing on the 135is for some reason. My price difference at the end of the day ended up only being $2,000 at the dealership I was working with, so at that point it was a no-brainer.
