I would call ours an aggresive fender roll job, but it doesn't look bad. For the race car, we are intentionally trying to push the envelope for how wide we can make the front and rear track on the car and still have a square setup. And R-comp 255s will probably be a little wider than street 255s. And we've got our car pretty dang low.

Oh, and I keep forgetting to mention that we were able to get about -2 deg. of camber on all four corners as well - very important.

But for street guys, 245s on et40 or et44 wheels should be no problem, especially if they don't lower as much as we did.
