What logs are you referring to there? It just links to all your logs for each of those links. Would be interested in comparing the two.

Also, while I noticed that Pure is offering a replacement PWG actuator, it's not marketed as an HD actuator, or improved over OEM in any way. Just, "OEM N55 Wastegate Actuator common fail point leading to low boost or no boost."

However, Shuenk is offering, or at least has teased that it will offer, an upgraded OEM+ PWG actuator. From what I've read, it appears the improvement is based solely on mechanical spring tuning. Not an upgraded vacuum diaphragm design. While the former is helpful, it's non-linear and doesn't help to combat the N55's autowastegating as effectively as a larger diaphragm design.

Here's what I was running for a while on one of my PS2 setups. It's a Tial 38mm wastegate body modified and adapted for N55 PWG vacuum pull style use. It was still controlled by the stock vacuum solenoid and worked REALLY well without being overzealous.

After a while I moved over to using conventional normally-closed pneumatic wastegate actuators and an appropriate Pierburg solenoid. I've been pretty happy with that.
