I bet the seller has a piggy back tune already on the car so it could be running around 13-14psi compared to the stock 8psi. These cars have a lot of torque especially when running a little more boost. Power does come on quite strong when the turbos spool up.

According to the seller, the car is stock. Unmolested.
I read somewhere that BMW USA was flashing the N54 ECUs with some weird tune which introduced more lag to add to the longevity of the HPFP, could this be the case here?
