I had someone trying to track something down for me, the scope of it is unless the car has been to that dealership there isn't a record of it in their system.
I imagine BMW is the same, Mercedes is, or was as well.

Totally agree with you mate... from what i can see from each dealership is that they full hate each other and always being competitive towards one another...
and if the networks are linked should we all pay for the same for all BMW services?
