Bought the wife a new Subaru Liberty Wagon. The day after we picked it up, some faceless prick rammed their trolley into it, leaving a dent and scratch. There's no way they didn't know. There are so many low life's in this world.
I had a new car a few years back, got keyed after owning it for 4 weeks.
You should be able to electrify your car!
At least with most petty theft, it is mostly done by junkies - so you can always hope that they OD on the drugs that were purchased from your stolen goods!!!
