http://www.etabetawheels.it and they are TUV and ISO 9001 certified. You can chose M3 and M5 when you check dimensions on their site. So pretty sure they product ok wheels. Its for winter not for any tracks days.
BMW don't build their own wheels either but they charge a lot...
I do trust the company that recommended them.
