I just spent 10 days back in the U.S.
- I remember seeing a single 1er, maybe 1 E88?
- I took an extended 45min test drive in Colorado Springs with a 2012 328i. Sadly gone is the wonderful growl produced by the N52.
- The sales rep said he only sells about one or two 1ers per month at best.
- I think the 1er is going to be discontinued here in North America. The only thing going for it is more convertables are sold & may keep the coupe alive.
