Could high 135i price be deliberate.

What if they don't want to sell a lot of 135i's. What if they deliberately price it pretty high and push most people into the 128i. They can protect higher margins on 128i becuase of demand. They can still get a little incremental volume on the TT engine from the modest 135i sales to improve margins on the 335i. Also 1er margins benefit from sticking to their guns on price. I mean the vast majority of 1er will be leased 128's to people seeking a rondel on the car for status. They will let performance enthusiasts pay through the nose for a 135i perhaps. Don't know what kind of arrogance the marketing department is having lately with Benz having quality issues, big three a joke and SUV sales slowing.:iono:
