I think the BMW "book time" is just over one hours labor(1.1 hrs). Some dealers will charge you two hours. Your parts price looks about right. Be glad you don't drive a 135i... that kit is a few bucks more!

It is a simple job to do yourself... but IF you drop or break one of those C-clips... it can become a real PITA job. My guy/mechanic at the dealer had to drop my mid pipes... bc his hands could not fit up between the driveshaft and the heatshield. IF you do the job yourself use some "stork" needle nose pliers and have a telescopic magnet handy. And still you might need to drop teh exhaust/mids so maybe have two gaskets on hand.
