I ran 19" PSS and 18" PSS - the wear seems to be OK, with 19" I can't rotate them but with the 18" I had 265 all around so I can. RE-71R is prone to hydro-planing (which is why I shy away from them as I do drive mine on weekends), Z-IIs are loud (but fresh PSS seems to be loud as well at least when I travel down the North-West on I-5) but I didn't consider because I can get PSS in Canada for a decent price.
