I faced a similar situation. Car one had 18k miles, 6 months factory warranty and all options I wanted. Car two had 46k miles, out of factory warranty but had CPO 2 years/up to 100k, and missing a few wish list items. Price was about the same. I went with the low mileage one and plan to find a good indie.
