It means your car is at the port in Germany waiting to be loaded onto a ship.
It might take a week to actually get on a boat (maybe less, maybe more) then your status will change to in-transit.
Then talk to your CA and get the VIN and you can find out which ship you're on and track the ship as it crosses the ocean. Figure just inder 2 weeks on the water.
