I used mmt octane booster in every tank of gas in the past (in my 87 900t) and it did turn the plugs orange but I don't recall them getting fouled in such a short period of time.

An 1987 900t SAAB to a 135 is an apples to oranges comparison.
there are too many differances to draw a conclusion.
Also the problems were only happening at High speeds when the A/F does go rich. I have not seen a dyno with Dinan A/F , but all the others stage 2 & 3 tunes seem to be rich at the top end.
