Yep.
So... you had a misfire before you changed parts.
I think you need to change the coil on cylinder #1 with a known good coil.
Misfires can be: plugs, coils and then fuel injectors AND then carbon buildup!
BUT... since your misfire moved from cylinder #4 to #1... that is a plug/coil - since that is what you moved/switched.
Just move one(of those parts) and see what happens.
Have you checked for codes? Maybe something else is going on here >?
