Anybody have some recommendations?

I don't have convenient access to a hose, and not sure about applying wax, etc. Last weekend, I let the guys at Van Ness / Market do the wash/wax. There were some really nice cars there, but from the little I know (from reading this board), I don't think they are using the preferred methods.

Also, I'm getting the rust flakes. I know the clay bar will fix it, but just adds another complication.
