Another question.. The m3 lower control arm is totally different and adds camber.. The upper (tension rod) is different too, correct? Not just in the bushings? Ie, it's stronger etc and worth replacing for that too?

Yes the lower wishbone adds camber.
the upper control arm may be just made to be lighter and stronger vs stock. I really don't know.
