BSM just went up for sale in my region

Pictures look quite minty fresh, I think I might be starting to love the black. BUT- here is the weird part- it says 1-owner on the carfax, but it shows it being sold in March with 9,522 miles, and then 40 miles later sold as a CPO car (so fine, I think a Chicago dealer took it in and CPOd it and sold it). But now it is for sale by an independent dealer down here with 11,312 miles. How does CarFax look at that all and say "1-Owner"? I don't get it. Has it just been going from dealer to dealer? Did a dealer drive it nearly 2,000 miles?

It has power seats and Nav which I don't want, but I've decided that I can swap the seats for BMW Performance seats (although I hear they are hard to find) and I read that the NAV system can be used to map tracks and keep lap times, so I guess that makes it kind of ok.

For the mileage and apparent condition, it seems priced ok. I also am going to inquire as to the amount of CPO warranty remaining on it. But the 1-owner thing is bothering me badly.
