For a budget tire, I recently put Sumitomo HTR III on my son's e46 and have been quite pleased with them thus far. Nice ride and very sticky in the dry and wet. Only time will tell how long they last.
Ran Conti DWS on my son's SVT. Seemed like a pretty decent tire but they wore out much quicker than they should have for a tire with such a high UTOG. Not sure how they relate to the Conti DW.
Running PSS on my 135 and they are definitely worth the money.
