It is a touch high on the price in my view-I bought my 09 almost one year ago with similar miles and paid a bit less-they did CPO it which adds to the dealer cost. Solid car well optioned. I would ask to see the service records - just to make sure nothing odd is present. Also find out how long it has been out of service - tires can be an issue right around 20-25k - so determine if they gave it new sneakers with the CPO- they should- they are not inexpensive. You should be able to find a 10 or 11 right in that price range with the same features. IMO I would always opt for the M steering wheel and the sport seats.
