Something else to think about which may be minor. Because the car is a demo, there is a warranty extension which gets applied if you buy it. It's an additional 3 months but I forget if or how many extra miles. I seem to recall 5000 extra miles. But don't quote me on that.
I know about the warranty extension because my 135i was punched in as a demo just before I bought it with 22 miles on the odometer. So it was only classified as a demo for about a month.
