Really just depends on how much loss there actually is and also there is the 9% figure being thrown in there because of the dyno which some people dont agree with.
Havnt there been numerous bone stock N55s getting 260-270whp? Not sure how much the PE adds but im sure it isnt 0.
Either way it seems like a strong car and the only real way to compare it is to get a look at others that have used that exact dyno and compare that way.
